Is Olilo available at my home?
Availability depends on your address and the full fibre networks serving it. Start with your postcode and confirm your address during ordering. The network buttons above let you explore prices; they don’t confirm coverage. APFN is available for new line installations only. Learn about our networks.
Which speed is right for my home?
Nibble is 150 Mbps, Munch 500 Mbps and Feast 900 Mbps. Consider how many people share your connection and whether you regularly download large files or stream on several devices at once. The download comparison above helps show the difference. Check your address for the plans available to you.
Can I use my own router?
Yes, you can bring your own compatible router. The Olilo Hub 6 is an optional £4/month, and eero upgrades start at £55 one-off. Freedom Fibre includes a standard router, with a £2/month saving if you use your own. Our team can help check compatibility.
What will I pay to get connected?
Standard setup is £0 with a 12-month contract. APFN’s monthly rolling option has a £66 setup fee, plus a £90 cease fee if you leave within 12 months. Optional equipment is separate. Review the plan details and order summary, including prices & charges, before signing up.
Will my monthly price change?
The 12-month plans show scheduled monthly prices from 1 April 2027 and 1 April 2028 on each card. For monthly rolling plans, confirm future pricing during ordering. Scheduled changes may affect your total contract cost; prices may also change with wholesale rates. Check your order summary and terms before choosing.
What happens if I’m with another provider?
Check your current contract, notice period and any exit fees before ordering. Switching and installation depend on your address, network and existing service; APFN offers new line installations only. Talk to our team about the next steps for your home.
